Did You Know?

University of Minnesota researchers studying the possible link between TV viewing and weight gain found a surprising result: While men and women average about the same amount of TV watching, the more women watch the more weight they tend to gain (this held true for both high and low income groups). But for some reason this does not hold true for men. Perhaps operating the remote control is better exercise than previously thought.
